There has been a Manta 42 sitting abandoned at a local marina to me for years… at least 5-10 years that I remember looks to be in great shape other than sitting on blocks all this times East Port Marina in East Peoria Illinois. Could probably be had cheap.

I spent 2018 in antigua rebuilding a flipped cat and there were probably 100 cats brought in still upside down. Those that had a short ( 1 day)exposure to salt water had mostly salvageable wiring and some mechanicals. It was actually surprising how much we were able to save. Boat went on for years with no issues.

Maybe ( if you have not abandoned this project now 10 days after the vid )somehow raft upside down the 1 km around to the Commercial wharf or Budget marine and use the way more powerful lifting power of their cranes and expertise. You are probably going to have to go on the hard somewhere anyway. I love Carriacou but being stuck out at the end of the mangroves for months seems like a terrible sentence. Lots of very kind local knowledge is close by. All the best.
Air bags, fill one side up with air bags, sink the other side then use air bags to close off the sunken side and use above water air bags to position the boat to come up in the up right position using a water pump to pump out the sunken side, maybe.
ummmm….those crane guys are dumb and did it wrong. you need to sue them for damages. A proper crane operator would have done it properly.
