8. Fab yacht and one built with crew in mind. Happy crew, happy owner. The atrium intrigues me. It’s a large amount of lost floor space. In your opinion is it worth it?

9. First off…. This gorgeous, well looked after groundbreaking vessel was presented beautifully. Excellent work.

   Given her age and incredibly successful and busy career thus far, Axioma still looks stunning. The condition of her original interior is due to her attentive, hard working crew and her fully invested owners.

   Having said that, I did notice her exterior soft goods and sealants need work. Obviously she sat unloved prior to the auction. However, given the ROI for Ali, further investment is warranted considering the listed price. It wouldn't be prudent to invest in all new soft goods since a new owner will inevitably replace most, if not all soft goods. However, Ali should at least either add a new thin layer of foam to the cushions or completely replace the foam. Doing so will so help the fabric fit snug again. New or refilled pillow inserts are a must too. The slip covers on the obviously worn out staff stools looks cheap. Spend a few quid to reupholster them properly. Comfort and anesthetics aside, those stools are a hazard. The rust undoubtedly must be addressed. When a buyers rep sees rust they immediately question the condition of the vessel – walking before they get to a survey. The same is true for missing and misaligned panels and surfaces, as well as grime on the floor and in the corners. When guest areas are lacking, it's easy to question the condition of the unseen working areas.

   To keep drawer/cabinet pulls from rotating, solder on 2 to 3 little numbs on the back of the plate and/or use larger washers on the screw side. This helps hold older pulls tighter against the surface without causing damage from over tightening the screw.

   These observations are not a reflection on the crew. The crew, past and present, has and continues to keep this amazing vessel in top condition.

   A vessel of this size and caliber requires an annual assessment and external trades to address these minor, but visible cosmetic deficiencies. Perhaps the needs were so great after the purchase, they're still working to address all deficiencies.

   Once again, excellent presentation. And excellent work by the dedicated and hard working crew. Axioma is blessed to have you on her side.

22. That is a yacht-and-a-half! One question – "Airconditioned engineroom". Those Diesels can be consuming (between them) up to about 250m3/minute of air – from the Engineroom air. Those volumes cannot be air-conditioned. I guess it is air-conditioned when in port running generator(s) which may get air supplies trunked directly to the intake?

23. Love the colors. The main bedroom loved all the windows and the skylight. The wall paper wasn't for me. The bridge the colors are strange. That engine area was so clean and very cool looking.
