great video,, i'm sure having a slip there is very spendy, but if you can afford any of those boats , then u should have no problem paying,, do most of them boats stay in year round?? n is there a waiting period to get a slip there??

Fun video and keep them coming. It all started for me on a 1976 13 whaler w/55 Johnson (way overpowered) and my dad’s 31 Bertram in Island Park NY.

Love Dock Walk! Grew up fishing the piers and sea walls of Shore Road Brooklyn. Blessed to move to NJ and get my first boat in 2009, a 20 Sea Hunt and then upgrade to a Gamefish 25 a few years ago. Far from those beautiful NJ legacy unicorn sportfishing boats, but loved every moment of my fishing and boating journey. Thanks for a great video!

Great video! It started right there for me too! My Dad always chartered us with Captain Clint Dunham (RIP) on the Barb Gail II, III and IV. Slipped up at the old Harbor (Horrible) Inn, now Shipwreck Grill. I made a video about the capt. on my channel. Caught a lot of fish with the Dunham family…Capt Warren Dunham too, on the Barvic.

Really cool video! As a Southern Cal. boat guy, I was in awe of how beautiful the marina is. We have nothing that comes even close to the level of quality, consistency and neatness of that spot. So impressive. That said, equally impressive is your enthusiasm and respect for other boat brands. It was fun to watch and, to get to see the different boats and listen to your description of each. I have always been a Cabo owner. Boats built pre sale of the company. I thought your mention of their impact on the industry was spot on. Quality and attention to detail. And, if you know, you know. Now, most Sportfishing boats either deliver, or attempt to that level of attention to detail because most customers expect it. Not so much before the Cabo 31 hit the market. Anyway, thank you for doing this video. I'm interested in your boats now as a result!

Yep the algorithm was in sync with the universe today! Great video and great comments on so many of the sport fish I too looked at as a youngster. Except for me it was Stone Harbor and Rio Grand Yacht Basin. Mostly cruised the fairways on our 22 cuddy!!! Still have a soft spot for the Bertrams! Continued fortunes for Release Boat Works! Thanks for making this one.
