4. Wish I was down there to help with your boats and get em sorted, not sure if I will be heading north or south from central Bedfordshire when my trailers built and I'm able to buy a sailboat. Lovely Achilles just sold in Weymouth a few weeks ago.

5. Having grown up with wooden boats & fitted many things through the hulls, I would always make or twist up a caulking cotton ring. this would be rolled over the thread up to the square plate. I would then put mastic on the bolt through the hull & the ring of caulking cotton would compress into the hole but also prevent all the mastic squeezing out. It's something that is never done now in modern boatyards & fittings tend to leak after a few years but I'm sure yours will be fine. Excellent video on all the anode information.

7. What you mean is noble. At the top of the list is the least noble and sacrifices itself to metal, which is more noble.
