22. Casting off and actually leaving at the beginning is the hardest part I reckon. You are never completely ready and stress of getting organised is exhausting but from then on the rewards are fantastic. Have a great safe trip to the best country in the world

To be fair, on Patreon you share with a limited and small number of people, and surprise, yes you have to pay a very small amount, its how it works, so don’t complain either watch the free content and be as tight as a ducks arse , or support them with a few bucks, Tandia, your better than Netflix, I have watched all your videos, love your content, you are both naturals at this, its great to have articulate adventurers. 30. You guys seem like nice people and are entertaining to watch. I subscribed from the first video Youtube recommended (your 3rd video) and will continue to follow you.

    It's normal to start a Patreon to help pay for this adventure. There is also no arguing that those who pay deserve some form of extra content. But I would advise against using Patreon as a filter for sharing more intimate/private/emotional content. It's fine if you don't want to show yourself on camera crying, but it's gives bad "vibes" if then you say "but if you pay for it it's available". It's also no real protection from people with ill intent, "stalkers" or ill wishers could still pay because some people are weird that way.
    My recommendation: if you want to protect your privacy, do not show at all scenes that feel private, but discuss it honestly at a later date to keep the reality element (like don't film a mental breakdown or a scary storm moment but mention it later that something happened, it affected you but you are handling it). You don't need to show "emotional porn" and I don't think it's wise to do it behind a paywall. As far as extra content for Patreon, I'm not an expert but I'm sure there are better alternatives.
