   Also, perfect timing as my wife and I are going on our first ship within a ship concept soon on two of the three.

   We have a 7 night Eastern Caribbean itinerary sailing on MSC World America in the Yacht Club on deck 21 in a deluxe balcony suite upcoming here the last week of October. Our first experience with MSC and yacht club, and we are getting excited as we set sail in 24 days!

   Our second cruise comes 4 1/2 months after the first in mid-March 2026 on Celebrity Ascent for an 11 night Panama Canal and Southern Caribbean ABC Islands cruise. We are booked in an Aqua Sky Suite on deck 10 and the retreat experience.
   This also will be our first suite,retreat, and edge class ship experience, but our second celebrity cruise as our first was on their soltice class ship Equinox in an Aqua class balcony stateroom in October of 2023.
   We are spa people, so we chose appropriately to maximize our trip as we enjoy Celebrity's thermal spa amenities along with everything that comes with being in a suite and the retreat.

   I will definitely let you know what we think once we experience both these concepts.

7. I’ve never sailed NCL but MSC definitely beats Celebrity in the thermal suite category.

8. Nice job Tim. We did the Retreat on the Apex in 2023 for our anniversary, stayed in a sky suite and loved everything about it. The menu in Luminae was amazing but as I recall the menu wasn’t as diverse then as it appears to be now. The service, sundeck and lounge were phenomenal and of course the pop door was icing on the cake 🤣 We’re headed to Yacht Club on the Seashore in a couple of weeks and are very excited to experience that opulence first hand.

9. Tim, have you tried the Princess Sanctuary Collection on Sun and Star? Seems like a worthy competitor.

16. Have you looked into crowdsourcing to pay for some of your research? I would love to see you guys investigate some of the owners suites and above on these ships to see if there’s any difference between the base level suites. This is very good information, very thorough. Your reviews are fun but still remain very informative. The wife and I are impressed.

18. I have a cruise for November in MSC YC for the first time, and one in the retreat in March for (not the first time). I wanted one for next November and ended up going with retreat again because of the ports. But if my MSC cruise blows me away I will keep them in the mix.

20. Spot on! Only thing you missed is the MSC Ocean House/Beach on Ocean Cay. Our absolute favorite private island experience. One question: Of the three, which has the best wine selection/service?

Oh you missed the ever so important perks of reserved seating for shows ESPECIaLLY on the NCL Prima class where the theater is almost like they built it to torture their gen population guests “hey good luck trying to ever get a seat “ while most of the already tiny theater is filled with Haven guests! I was actually embarrassed and ashamed of NCL in the Haven when I saw the seating they gave Haven guests compared to the thousands of other guests that still pay thousands to be on that ship! I agree MSC is the best and half the price of the Haven but I must say I was sooo disappointed in the pool on the Yacht club World America! I mean MSC already has the nicest and biggest pools generally in the industry and they put their yacht club pool in a back corner with concrete views and ONE tiny hot tub.
