  1. So the chef position “ended kinda abruptly and I haven’t thought much about what I want to do”….sounds like the boat fired him and not the other way around.
If it was the other way around he would clearly have “thought about it” and would have some kind of plan…
If you want to leave as a “burned out”chef you would give some kind of notice to not burn your bridges – it’s a relatively small world of private yacht chefs…
He just got back to the boat after months of vacation and abruptly left the boat after the first charter – “where he couldn’t get a feel for the clients wishes/taste – and was struggling”…
    Wonder what really happened on
    Project X…wonder if he’ll grow a set
    and tell the truth…😮

  2. Love how supportive Peyton (sp?) is with your new direction. You work well together and she does bring a lot to your channel. Love the new content. Really interesting, good luck!

  3. I so enjoy watching your videos because I know without a doubt I will learn something from you! Always 15 minutes of pure joy and fun!

  4. Another awesome video guys! Absolutely love both of you what you do and where you’re going. God bless and love from Northern Colorado.

  5. Yes as a former New Yorker you guys rock, love your channel. Much respect to you and Payton, you make a great team. My wife and I love seeing you both find your passion, we believe in you and exciting to follow your journey. ❤

  6. I know you know Jared Whatney (sp) who worked on board yachts to video and document how the industry worked. Why can't you do the same? You could document how people become a chef (follow a potential candidate). You could run a training camp for new yacht chefs and place them in positions. There is a ton of stuff you can do to support the industry and still cook for clientele. Fun video! Learned a ton from this video content. 😊

  7. Don't want to unsubscribe…please consider the absurdity of your footage, you're on your romantic pursuit of a woman, no longer has anything to do with yachting…have no interest in your attempt to pretend it's anything more than that

  8. Dean, good on you for taking the time to re-center and spend time with Peyton (not sure if I spelled that correctly). Burnout is a real thing and it can be overwhelming – glad to see you are finding more and more happy moments as your journey continues. Keep up the great content!

  9. I love this new venture and change of scenery! I was a pastry chef for 16 years and cannot stand the thought of making another cake for a customer as I completely lost my passion for it. I had my own business, was working 6 days a week, suffering through body pain and just could not take it anymore. I’m so happy you can still find some passion within the industry.

  10. TY Dean. The pastries were insane. Believe it or not, I have never had caviar. However, my grandfather LOVED it.
I’m glad you and Peyton are just chilling and enjoying life. Good to see. Take care.
