În turul de iaht din această săptămână vă ducem la bordul unei legende magnifice a lumii yachting-ului, un Fleming 65 de categoria „A”, Fleming 65 are un adevărat pedigree oceanic, iar acest exemplu special a navigat sub numele de „Freya” și a făcut multe sute de mii de spectatori fericiți prin aventurile fostilor ei proprietari. Fleming 65 a fost introdus la mijlocul anului 2005 ca răspuns la o cerere puternică pentru un Fleming intermediar între 55 și 75. Aspectul ei este foarte similar ca concept cu 55, dar 65, fiind cu aproximativ 70% mai mare în deplasare, oferă mult mai mult spațiu interior și pe punte decât fratele ei mai mic. Fleming Yachts a decis să păstreze corpul numărul 1 (numit Venture) pentru a-și evalua performanța de proiectare ca un iaht de croazieră bine găsit, precum și pentru a oferi un banc de testare pentru echipamente noi. De la punerea în funcțiune, în 2005, Tony Fleming a parcurs VENTURE pe mai mult de 60.000 de mile de-a lungul coastei de vest a Americii de Nord, de la La Paz, Mexic până la Juneau, Alaska, înapoi pe Coastă până la Marea Cortez, până la Insulele Galapagos, prin Canalul Panama, pe Coasta de Est în râul Hudson, Canalul Erie și Calea Maritima Sf. Lawrence. Pe parcurs, Tony a oferit șantierului feedback și sugestii valoroase care au fost încorporate în linia de producție 65. Datorită testării și evaluării extinse de către Tony a acestor rafinamente, mai multe articole noi sunt acum disponibile pe modelele de producție. Un juriu format din treisprezece arbitri de la revista „Yachts”, respectată la nivel internațional, a votat cel mai bun iaht Fleming 65 din clasa sa, la nivel mondial, pentru 2006. În ianuarie 2019, 51 de ambarcațiuni Fleming 65 au fost construite la renumitul șantier Tung Hwa din Taiwan, care a construit fiecare iaht Fleming de când a fost introdus în FL1965. Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship. Arguably one of the best interiors on the market. Pity the about the 1970's looking exterior though. They're also about the most expensive too. That'd be fine if it looked modern. Seems crazy to me why they've stuck with that old look

Didn’t see a swim platform
Groovy boat tour. A very well kept ship, totally clean. Sharing a head is a bummer, and the guest bedrooms all single beds is a drag for couples who like to cuddle. The kitchen is also a little small. Over all a nice well maintained ship.

Only 5 or 6 years old but has already had two previous owners. Wonder why they sell after only a couple years.
I'm not familiar to a Fleming but this is one of the nicest well thought out Layouts of a Yacht of this size that I have seen with the exception of the Owner's Suite Shower Door Opening being on the wrong side IMO🤔 And maybe a lil more Headroom in the Engine Room would be nice.
PS and just an FYI on the Port Engine Room Entrance 'outside additional handrail' It's more of a Safety Gate to keep People from Falling In😮😁

Absolutely perfect not a flaw in that boat. The only thing I could see is California to Hawaii. We would be swimming the last several hundred miles.

Thanks Scott for another Fleming. They are superbly made craft. All finishes are first class. No wonder they are so popular with how beautiful they are. Now all you have to do is bring us a 58/60, a 78 and an 85. Are you up for the challenge Scott? 😁 Really did enjoy this one once again. I do believe there is a docking station in the starboard side of the cockpit too.
