If I had a choice between taking a vacation on this yard boring new super yacht I would take this because it is such a beautiful experience to be aboard A unique vessel And being very comfortable while you're being transported across the ocean

15. I'm sorry, but my current financial situation precludes me from an immediate purchase. However, if in the new year, I win the lottery or open a chain of daycare centers in Minnesota, I'll buy it.

16. She has the look of a RN warship especially the bow before her service in WW2. Somebody was looking ahead when designing her. Its well known many British merchant ships were designed with strengthened points for guns etc perhaps her designers foresaw her service . if so it obviously worked.

17. i seen this yacht on another channel – she has to be such a privilege to own, and so nice to have something of this age in great condition with very good pedigree too – her history speaks volumes of what a boat like this means to people – it be fantastic to learn of any crew or families of past crew members who might have some pictures of life on board, imagine the stories

    i watch a couple who are restoring an old RAF rescue boat named Sarinda from WWII, she will not be restored to her original wartime state as later in life she was converted to be a family yacht and had major changes made, sadly she got left rotting, but Simon and wife Gemma are doing a Stirling job to bring her back to life, most of the structural stuff done, and all the internal furnishings to begin, some modernisation

    i love these stories, old boat being resurrected keeping the history going – and so nice to have something survive the war years too

19. It is a Fairey Swordfish, not a Fairy Swordfish, so the caption on the yacht's 'history wall' needs correcting. A beautiful yacht though. So much more attractive and classy to my mind than a new build billionaire's trinket.

25. I think they flipped the floorboards 180° (not 90!) and refurbished them. Great yacht. The restorer owed heaps for keeping the paxt alive!

    I understood that blue is normally reserved for government vessels, white for military and red for private.

42. what an absolutely stunning old girl. the refit crew did an incredible job. this is the epitome of a gentleman's yacht. let hope she live on for another 100 years. a true treasure. i can imagine cruising the med just like back in the heyday of yachting.
