I have a feeling this thing would only ever be fair weather float. the enormous flat planes at the bottom of those arms is just begging for a hard Atlantic crossing, or similar to break it and snap it off, or, at the very least gradually over stress the architecture enough that the first drydock would have to chop those things off just to salvage it as a mono-hull.
