Outstanding Coverage, Production & Commentary that is befitting of this amazing Race & all the Sailors
My got what a crazy party poopers. Wow and they are mates, crazy.
Will miss Gordon, as a kid sitting on the floor in front of the telly hearing his legendary "Ella, Ella Ella!" Congrats to you and all the best! Thanks for the coverage to all been amazing! Well done to the sailors what a great race!
So it gained them 3 to 5 minutes and took an hour and 5 minutes. I know they could have been DSQ but sometimes if not always Race Committee just wants to extend their power and not be reasonable. I guess I’m prejudiced since we lost 1 hour and 49 minutes on a protest for a 330 mile race on something that was approved by the inspectors the year before that they signed off on. Didn’t cost us as much but I think they should have been penalized 9 to 15 minutes max.
“Little Crux”? She’s only 200mm shorter than Min River!
Thanks Peter and Gordon & Pro Crew of Rolex- we thoroughly enjoyed your presentation! Watching from Annapolis, MD USA
Fantastic coverage over the past number of days. Enjoyed every minute watching from Ireland. Looking forward to next year’s race.
I have really enjoyed the coverage AND the History ! Cheers !
I sailed back with Chris Packer on Police Car in 1980. We smashed all the distance records in a way that will never be repeated. 320 miles in 18 hours. Winner of this race in his own bat and winner of the Admiral's Cup in 1979, Crhis was in a category not many will ever see.
Definitely the best coverage of a sailing race I have ever seen. Well done everyone involved.
Appreciate your professional coverage as usual. Very enjoyable.
mm and folks wonder why yacht racing doesnt become wildly popular! As one who understands it quite well .. im bored and disinterested. Along with te endless "handicap minutiea in any given year there are about 50 "world champions" thats compelling huh??
