Indicatori laser • 01:47 2. Too too many laws. The people need to revolt and get these ridiculous laws off the books. Power to the people. Rid the world of stupid law makers. STOP TYRANNY NOW.
This seems to be based on USA regulations.
Most of these are not "marine" specific. lasers, drones are aviation issues. Y valves are perfectly legal in a NDZ as long as they are locked off. expired flares are only an issue IF you don't have current flares. "Marine rated gas cans" don't exist. Marine radios DO NOT need to be tied to an MMSI. that's complete BS. Fishing gear is about the only ine that he got right! There is soo much vagueness in this video as to be useless!
Before taking off get a Aux Coast Guard inspection It is free in most area and they will not fine you but make very important changes to get you passed by a Coast Guard inspection. Plus, inspection Decal will help when boarded by the CG
100% bullshit.
Mostly BS. I guess it’s surprising to some people but not all countries follow America laws.
I'm sorry, but I didn't get more then a few minutes into this thing without crying bullshit. Possession of a laser is not illegal. Certain use of it is. It's illegal to aim them at another marine vessel or an aircraft under various federal laws. Some state laws expand that to include aiming at vehicles, law enforcement officers, and even people. There are a few statest that ban minors from possessing them. The places where it is outright illegal for anyone to possess them is very limited and none apply to boats.
I lasted about 1:52 and turned it off. What BS
I lived on my sailboat for 6 years in the 80's now I have a kayak and paddle anything bigger ain't worth the hassle .
Not worth it . Much more hassle flying your plane there .
SO MUCH OF THIS IS TOTAL BULLSHIT
THE SHIT THAT IS PUT ON THE WEB
ASTOUNDING
wow can we say micro management or a money grab??
I heard they made imported cocaine illegal.
If you tried to "register " your VHF radio, in the Alaska area, that would mean the Seattle office, they'd laugh you out of the office.
This is why people hate the government–all governments. We're just trying to peaceably live our lives but need to worry about some bureaucratic bullshit enforced by a control freak or corrupt clown looking for a bribe putting us in fear of massive fines, confiscation of our property, or even jail.
None of this matters if your a pirate. LOL!
So….I'm guessing my 50 cal with laser and grenade launchers and tear gas attachment with explosive rounds would get confiscated? LOL
Nothing is illegal on your boat . You’re the captain, it’s your island
YOU can POOP in a Bucket and dump it overboard and there is NOTHING they can do. just don't throw toilet paper overboard or you can get a littering fine.
THIS video is garbage
the creator is misleading and saying this is illegal and i can tell you he is lying. Im retired coast guard and know for fact this is misleading
Get your facts straight and tell the whole story.
Had me going…. for all of 10 seconds. CLICKBAIT! CLICKBAIT!! CLICKBAIT!!!
I carried a laser with me to Europe when I purchased a 50' Beneteau sailboat in 2022. The concept was to use it to blind boarders (illegal type). It was about 300mW. I wandered into Algeria and was under boat arrest for 24 hours before they ran me off. The local commandant of the Algerian CG was interested in it, but made no effort to remove it from my boat. I sailed that boat solo back to the US (North Carolina). I made a much, improved weapon in 2024 by placing a 6W RGB laser into a toy rifle – again as a defensive weapon. In July of 2024, the USCG sank my sailboat by towing me too fast and not having an operating pump onboard an 87' cutter. Before Dragon Fire Sank, I had packed all my clothes and "toys" (cameras, laptop, etc) and had them in the cockpit so when the boat sank, I would be ready to go. I was questioned, both while on Dragon Fire and on the USCG cutter what the plastic rifle was. I explained the purpose and nothing else was said about it. The USCG did institute a law in 2021 prohibiting the carrying of laser pointers – but they obviously look at the reason for having a laser on board rather than just blindly enforcing the law. According to the FAA, a 5W laser is capable of causing permanent eye damage at 800 feet. The sinking of Dragon Fire can be seen on my YouTube channel "Sailing Solo at 70".
10 of the 50 reasons I don't own a boat.
Ak47 with a red dot sight hidden inside the bathroom wall behind the pilot house. Not really a head as it had a conventional flush toilet.
But you can zoom around like a mad man with no training how to operate a boat at 16 years old.
sounds we live in Russia or China or even Nazi Germany
