  1. Nathan has been buddy buddy with Joe most of the season and didn’t even let Max be with his girl when she had death in the family. Max is emotional but he is also getting most of the bs.

  3. Max came on this season to prove that he has gotten better at his job and that he's matured. Based on what I have seen this season, he hasn't done any better than last season.

  4. Nathan does not know how to manage people at all especially Max. Instead of constantly having a go and shouting at him he should try talking to him on his own and find out what the problem is and how it can be solved. I don’t agree with some of Max’s behaviour but I do see where he’s coming from a bit cause Nathan has favoured Joe over him since he came onboard. Also with the lead deckhand position if Nathan felt that Joe was the right person he should have taken Max to one side and explained his reasons for choosing Joe but say that he still appreciates all of Max’s work. Not just say that’s the way it is because that’s bad leadership. I don’t completely blame him. I don’t think the Captain is managing him well. She just has a go when things go wrong instead of trying to give him solutions on how to improve as a leader. He just wasn’t ready to become a Bosun yet. Maybe he will in the future with more experience and leadership training

  5. We don't see this often because it's not necessarily TV worthy over the drama…but Joe actually does the job and does it well. That's one thing no one has argued with. Now, he's still a POS 😅 and needs help in other departments lol. But, Nathan is more lenient with Joe because he trusts him to do the job and do it right. No one can trust Max and his risky work ethic. He's shown us how many times now?

  13. I love Nathan & Gael but he better treat her better this time! And Kizzy is just sad & annoying..she needs validation from men all the time! Get it together girl but I'm loving this season! Love ya Aesha & Capt Sandy!!❤

  14. Kizzy is dirty! And Max is becoming very very sloppy. He did start off very strong and I had high hopes for him this season but he’s nose is out of joint because Nathan chose Joe instead of him for the lead that can position. I thought him getting with Cathy would have put a smile on his face and improved his work ethic, but he’s getting worse every week. Great episode glad to see one below deck franchise is still worth watching.

  16. It seems like Kizzie and Joe both have personality disorders. They are two people who only care about themselves. Glad V got a backbone finally with Joe. Nathan is not a good Bosun. He screwed off his tasks to "too aggressively" pursue the woman he hurt.

  20. Leadership comes from using peoples strengths and being an encouraging teacher @nathan 😅 but I’m sure it’s a hard job, no hate but love max – I think he’s misunderstood

  28. I don't understand why they haven't fired Max. His blatant insubordination is disgusting. Just the two times he let guests in charge of the Tender and Jetski should have been enough.

  29. Max has been out of pocket ever since Joe got on the boat and wasn’t named lead deck hand. He has also been unsafe like letting guests drive the tender and letting 5he guests use the jetskis while intoxicated. Hopefully he isn’t on the next season. I think Nathan has done a good job

  30. Max has a lot of gall talking about Nathan. Max has no self control, and he is incredibly childish. He and Cathy will never last.
