I agree with the first resident speaking. We have owned a home in the Cape Yacht Club for over 23 years and pay a fortune in taxes. It is unacceptable that the beach, pier and boat launch areas have not been rennovated yet after hurricane Ian for full use. Shame on the City Officials. Over 2 years later… This should be on the top of the list as highest priority.
