This is a purpose built boat simple as that. I have only two comments, one a quibble – imho 7 knots in not moderate speed – it is slooooow. But that is the nature of trawlers you will not get anywhere fast and not out-run weather. The comment about maintenance, yes you bet boats require constant maintenance and you are betting your life 100 miles off shore so routine service and maintenance is a must. But that goes for off shore or costal cruising, the ocean is a hostile environment, stuff needs to work Nordhavns are great but if I were in the market and well fixed – very well fixed – financially a Fleming would be my choice.
