11. I sail on the 10th on Mariner, I hope she makes it. It’s not like Carnival who dry docks in Freeport a few hours away from the port… Mariner is in Spain and still needs to make a TransAtlantic to get back into service. Clocks ticking

14. Mornin' Doug!! I find the expedition market trend an interesting one. Some luxury lines are apparently convinced the trend will last, at least through the lives of the ships they are commissioning for that purpose. Now Seaborne, at least, is offloading ships that are not suited for the expedition market. Seems like a bit of a gamble, but I suppose that's why those CEOs get the big bucks!

20. I call bs. Cunard, Holland America, P&O, Costa, Celebrity, and Fred Olsen have been in operation longer probably well in the 200 million passenger count. Honorable mention to MSC Cruises since it was Lauro Lines.
