Nice to see you, Russ!
Ahoy, Russ. Don't be down about defining your life or what your lifestyle will be. It is yours and you can live it however you need to. Cheers!
Glad to hear that I wasn't the only one to bounce off that depth sounder! I will be watching the power to the helm project closely as I want to do the same thing with mine.
I thought it was just me liking the Palawan than Boracay, too crowded unlike Sabang Palawan more peaceful. I imiss traveling to the beach.. Hoping this year to travel with Ava *crossfinger*. And more power to your sailing journey! 🙂
Hey Russ; welcome back mate. Nice little travelogue there at the beginning. You will always get some wise ass ready to criticise; pay 'em the attention that they deserve; which is bugger all. It's your bloody life and you will do with it what you want to; if that happens to involve fewer sailing adventures for a while then so be it. I'm sure most of us will continue to appreciate it if you take us along when you do go out and about. I've done a fair bit of sailing and worked on commercial fishing boats; I was born and grew up in a little fishing village and have known professional mariners all my life and not one of them would ever say something like 'you haven't got salt in your veins' or the like, unless they were making a joke, so take that sort of thing with the huge scoop of scepticism that it deserves. All the best bud.
Got to plan some fun sailing, no boat work, just fun. I’m thinking you got too much Navy blood in you. Maybe you need to catch a bad case of manana~.
Ahh! The Tourist tax!! Bill W. asked me once, "Do you want to be right or do you want to be happy"? Pleased you are pleased! THAT IS ALL THAT COUNTS! p.s. That ability to chuckle when things get irritating is a GOD send! P.s.s. Thanks fer takin the TIME and EFFORT to keep us in the Loop! Vaya con DIOS!!
Thanks for sharing all the neat videos. It's your life and you have to live it your way. God speed skipper
Hi Russ, Take care of your health buddy and live your life as you see fit.
Going to Vogel? Kevin Geisler, Scott Sharp and JR are all there so far as I know. I think it is a smart move to make some bucks while waiting for your girlfriend, sir.
Great little insight to what it is like to visit The Philippines. Good luck with you job I Georgia. I hope you will continue posting on YouTube!
