When at sea is it ever allowed to dump the sewage into the ocean?
SLAV! The GOAT!!🥇
discharging 3000 liters into a barge that can hold 3500 liters. He's got a busy day ahead of him to service multiple boats during the day. Im surprised the barge doesnt have a bigger cspacity it could do 2 or 3 boats in one go.
Nice to see how you discharge the sewage on the ships. I am a mechanic for the sewage system on Rhein cruises myself. Nice to see the other perspective!
I like this process, you arrive to your destination and park your yacht and cleaning service arrives. Voila … the solution. The question, is the service included with the slot or is an extra charge? What about if their is no slot or you just don't want to park it, is their one for only that? Is their an App where you can find all these on board travel points inside the yacht signal?
Bad designs I would have put the sewage hole nearer the side for easy access.
What is the lenght of the boat?
Do you ever discharge grey or black water while traveling at sea?
Very surprised at how small the discharge hose is. In Australia my 29 foot long yacht is attached to a two and a half inch diameter hose and vacuumed from shore.
Can not believe the lack of technology and equipment you have on a super yacht.
I always thought they would do the black first then the grey to flush the pipes. Guess we learn something new every day.
Man I would put in locking pins or at least zip ties on those connections.
Good idea to wear gloves
What does it cost
So I assume when you are doing longer passages where you fill the tanks before getting to a dump location, you can and do dump into the water? Is there a requirement that any treatment, addatives etc are done to the sewage prior or during the open sea dumps? I know they are allowed but I was really surprised that while at shore you have to have the tanks pumped every day. I would have thought there would be enough space for up to a week between dumps possibly, but i guess unlike some RV's Ive had, it looks like your black and gray tanks are combined as one, or possibly seperate tanks that get discharged through a common outlet connector. Still seems as though needing to empty a 3000 liter tank each day is quite a few people taking long showers and there must be a whole bunch of pooping going on too haha. Another great video Tristan, very informative. Keep it up!!
What I really enjoy is not being able to watch your episodes in sequential sequence. What, 113 follows 110??????
Thanks, guys. Where do you get your shorts from? Very smart – add them to the merchandise?
Literally a few drops of sewage drops into the ocean when he drops the tube in the ocean water
👍👍🛥🛥🚤🚤
And … he isn't wearing gloves n touching everything,
Now the captains just talkin shicht.
I heard, once, the word ‘sea’ originally meant septic.
How long does it take to fill the black and grey water while at sea
Looks like a bad place to put the discharge hose connection. Why not on the side just above water level?
Thoroughly enjoy these how to videos, THANK YOU ‼️. Vinny 🇺🇸
your hair is in the way 🙂
well may be a drop when you lower the drain hose in the water will escape in the Ocean
Well, in Spain things work different. Smaller boats just dischsrge everything right there🤢. Unbelievable
This is what we want more poop! But seriously this is what we want to see all of what it take to run these beautiful ships pretty or not.
Simple genius . And good for environment.
