1. OK. This is one of the nicest boats that you have shown. Super equipped, and immaculate. Don’t know much about Bristol’s CB and mechanism, but if it’s like the rest of the boat, probably no problem. My Tartan 37 CB. ( the boat was VERY similar in all ways to this boat). Had an excellent CB aragememt and could sail very well with board up, Probably this boat could too. Again, very nice! And 27 yrs old, but very nicely upgraded and maintained.

  2. Old school design lacking beam in the aft section, short lwl, and thus limited interior room & storage for long distance cruising. Absolutely beautiful condition and great for a single or couple doing coastal cruising. It is $$$ but is ready to go.

  3. Don't get your logic in videoing this boat guys. I 'get' how well presented it is. However, if it is priced anywhere near $100k above similar advertised boats (see earlier comment), to my mind, that's somewhat of a deal breaker. However, I hope it finds a good home.

  4. Beautiful boat, well taken care of, but, no solar, no generator, only the main engine to charge the battery's, no water maker? For that price, hard pass!

  5. I owned this boat for 17 years and I can attest that she was well maintained until we traded her in on a Sabre 42 Salon Express. She was sailed primarily in New England and docked on Cape Cod. It’s nice to see that the current owners took great care of her and made nice upgrades including a/c. I was amazed how fast the boat could sail and how incredibly stable she was in rough seas. Whoever buys this boat is going to get a real gem. This was the last boat built by Bristol Yachts.

  6. To keep it looking this good I’m afraid you wouldn’t have much time to sail. You would be too busy scraping, sanding and varnishing all the time.

  7. It would be interesting to know the year, you might want to make that more obvious when based on comments people clearly don't know. It would really be great to know ahead of time if the boats is even close to affordable, the last one at $850,000 and this one about $100k overpriced takes away from the entire shopping or even dreaming experience. If it's just not real then it has little benefit for viewers. I was more impressed earlier on when you gave real people hope, or something to shoot for.

  8. Seems to be worth its price. Definitely worth a visit.
So fat not a thing I don't like about this boat (except for the wheel which is overdone for a 12m boat – but they put them anywhere now…) : I perfer a good old rudder on boats ot this size : doesn't take as much space in the cockpit, and a wheel means a "complex" trasmission system with poor access to it.
