7. hi i was in st martin until june then singlehanded to the uk. i was trapped in the lagoon without an engine. had to get a tow out when the authorities allowed us to leave.

24. I have in the past on older boats that ive owend, set up an double boom vang, one side acts as an preventor and the other side acts as the trim. perfect for singlehanded sailing as they can be used from the cockpit.
