  1. A couple of suggestions; on the technical side, work on your sound volumes, there are all over the place. On the subject side, tell us about both of you. What made you want to sail the world?

It is nice to see a high altitude sailing video. I enjoyed your video. Keep it up.

  2. Very good video…Don't worry about sound, it is the most difficult to get right! You'll get it in time…The closest person to the mic will sound loudest. To make equal volume for the persons speaking you will need them side by side/equal distance from camera mic or use 2 mics. Music volume should be quiet background level unless you want drama, as in a wild sail down steep waves. Music supports and can also set the mood and tone of the video!
Just relax and enjoy the early learning experience, everything else will follow in time,
    David

  3. Lovely videos… you will get better at the sound I'm sure, I would love to hear more about where you are/what you are seeing – and referring to your names occasionally wouldn't hurt – I had to go on your website (which is beautiful by the way!) to find out your names and what boat you are sailing… For a first 2 videos it's super, looking forward to seeing more of you adventures – providing you talk more please 😉

  4. Great video! Thank you. The sound was fine. It's a handheld camera, not a full production crew with a dedicated sound guy. Jeez! 🙂
Oskar – cherish this girl. She's wonderful. 🙂

  5. You're a smooth flying drone pilot Oskar….love photos from a drone. Toward the last, that rain was similar to watching a hurricane….goodness, it came across your ship horizontally, hard! I noticed Lisa stayed with Oskar though out that storm…..

  6. I've met 30+ meters/second wind only twice in my life. Once, it has caught us underway in a bay. There were less than half a mile to the leeward shore. They've been very tense moments. Both times the squalls lasted less than half an hour. Nice video. Thank you very much for sharing it!
