  1. In an industry where everyone is shilling for someone, you manage to take it that step further.
    And you know damn well lagoons didn't have rotting wooden bulkhead issues. They had structural issues, but not due to rotting.

  2. What is your plans when you take over the new boat? Sail Asia for a while and then…? Any plans on sailing back to the US West to East and go through the Panama Chanel? Looks to a great boat👍 😊

  3. Why you need the range extender – adds weight of engine fuel systems and storage? Wouldnt be better to add batteries and solar? Between sunlight and wind ( should be able to regen charge if under wind power). This simplification adds to durability as well as independence- if you exhaust battery range you need only to wait to restore from either wind or sun. I just cannot understand the builder resistance to abandon obsolete fossil fuels….
    Still I am very envious of what youve got under construction here. Also i appreciated the reference link and financial suggestions regarding financing options/chartering! Thanks for the tour

I'm sorry but I am a so called regular boatbuilder and over my last 40 years of building boats I wish I had a dollar for evry time I said to the boss, we have a space here we could utilise and was shut down. Also, there is is nothing wrong with a wooden bulkhead as long as it is sealed properly. Unfortunately with production boats like this it never is.
