3. I most likely would have bought this boat, sight un seen.
   One thing with the owner.
   He has common sense going with the smaller engines. I'm sure it's there.
   I didn't see a separate wash dryer.

4. I've really come to like the Fleming brand and their boats as the luster on Nordhavn (as a company) has tarnished. My only concern, if you want to even call it that, is that watching Tony Fleming's videos of Venture's voyages, they seem to be very "wet" boats. Going through almost any sort of choppy seas, the bridge windows are constantly getting wet to the point wipers are needed. I don't see this with similar sized Nordhavns or Berings.

12. This was actually my boat funnily enough we sold it a phew years ago as the bonding system was rubbish my father actually bought the second one because the first one had a lot of problems and he thought this would fix it but it didn’t

    Nothing like class with a Fleming Yacht, just nothing like it. Just the price………..

21. LOL, if you pause during the breaker cabinet part, it looks like a large server room… I was looking away as he opened it and when I looked back my first thought was "WHAT? How can they fit that room in a boat, and with finished flooring!? That's insane!". Then he pulled the camera out, and it felt like I was in Alice In Wonderland.

22. I just bought an old Grand Banks 42 Classic and Tony Fleming worked for Grand Banks for many years, when my boat was built. I can see the same thought processes going into Fleming Yachts as Grand Banks. These yachts are amazing and when I grow up I want one.

25. Firstly I think these are superb. However I couldnt see myself paying $3 million plus for a boat with an engine room I couldnt stand upright in.
