A;; we now is Jet man and his bud to do a flyover.
Sail GP is amazing. I love it. Sadly, the commentators miss everything of significance – while parroting the same mindless tripe every time. And the directors are obsessed with close ups without context and on-board cameras. Have you seen the coverage of the skiffs from Sydney? Some 'best practice' to have a look at there.
An advertising and sportswashing franchise with some sailing attached. 😢 Very few spectators (<300?), empty car parks; a total travesty. Apparently venues have to pay £1M to host an event which is why it is going to a whole host of places with money but no wind or interest at all in sailing. Attracting a new generation to sailing? I think not.
The air is filthy there.
Go VICTOR DIAZ DE LEON!!!!
For me hearing the commentators and the boat at the same time just spoils the whole experience. I watch a bit with the sound off but then I get tired. It's a very unusual idea that having the chatter from the boat just overlap that from the studio, without paying much attention to it, would provide any value.
whaaaaaat!? Slingsby is sitting this one out, and Jimmy Spithill is standing in for AUS? (conceding his helm on the USA to someone else!???) And ALL this….because Slingsby and wife are having a baby!!?????? wacky. And awesome. (good on ya' all! 🙏* – to Tom, wife, and baby*** (may all go well and be healthy***)
I'll now Jimmy top pie let
Jimmy still wearing his American Red Bull gear.
This is when I really miss Eckart Wagner(North Sails) Go Canada!
Why the f*ck would you have a pontoon only a dozen metres past a mark??? Lunacy!
Once again Ainsley and his team, are a total embarrassment
Amazing!!!❤❤❤
Love the Maple Leaf sail on Team Canada!

Hopp Schwiiz!!! 🇨🇭
Background banter very annoying
Check!!
Just took a whiz
I had to turn the sound off, commentators are terrible
I agree with most of the comments, the commentary is terrible. Get rid of these guys and get some actual sailors who can just speak in plain English!
