19. How often do you have charters? I think it would be great to have a charter every week, but is that realistic? What do you do if don't have a charter for a month? Do you still stay on the yacht or are you asked to shut down until your next charter?

36. Love your videos! It must take a lot of work on producing the episode. Great editing and music synching! A few questions for you. 1. Have you ever have a guest want a tour of the galley, coolers, and dry storage? 2. Do you keep your kitchen at home as clean and tidy as your galley? 3. Do you and the other head chef come up with a storage guide so that either of you aren't lost when you check on board? (I can imagine organization "wars" between 2 head chefs)

    Whenever you decide to move on from being at sea, I can easily see you being a YouTube personality. Would love to see any of your cooking instructional videos!
