That's so funny, I literally just had to do the same thing to my Ryobi generator yesterday. My pilot jet was clogged and causing it to surge up and down at idle. Youtube is awesome for figuring out how to fix anything. I think the fix is to drain the carb with that drain on the bottom of the bowl after using it each time, especially if it's going to sit for anytime.
You both looked so contented there, even when Jay was molesting the generator, lol. That's what I have to do with my daughters rototiller if it ever warms up here.
You crazy kids living your dream ! Another good video. It seems any small engine malfunction can always try to test your patience; a little pirate language sometimes helps ! Kenna looking great fishing. Be safe and have fun !
Crocs??? No notes.
Yes, I enjoyed! Great view
Nice fix Captain Jay, and that since of humor is warped.
Love it!
Girl please use a stick to move that chain. One finger caught and it's gone in a second. Great video u two. Enjoy and be safe.
Jealous of the sunshine guys! This snowless season up North has been a drag. Keep up the awesome work, cheers! 😎
yeah I like to sea of Cortez too it's a really beautiful place there's wonderful Rock scallops typically about 20 ft down you need a breaker bar to get them off the rocks there's also sea urchins there if you go to Gonzaga Bay in the bay at low tide there is clams and oysters not very big oysters but if you sit out there with a knife you guys can eat a lot of them also my suggestion when you're sailing or not always drag a lure behind your boat Mexican flag is a good one blue and white red white and blue because there's tuna and other wonderful fish there and then in the Deep spots there's Sierra you're a wonderful eating fish and if you get a squid jig with a light there's wonderful squid fishing at night sometimes
Why did our boat designers make our chain lockers so freaking SAD?!
ALSO: new bikini top???? CUTE
Happy to see you still have the fishing rod i offered to you 😃
Great job jay!! Safe travels and can't wait to see the next video!!!
Nice reminder Ja, that we should probably service our Honda 2000. We hardly us it, but when we need it we need it.
Seems like such a sweet spot to anchor and relax! Cleaning carbs is a pain in the neck, but at least you have a sweet view while doing it, though I know what it means to you to get it running when you NEED it. Kenna calls for the “effin rawr” and then squeaks lol; Jay “thanks effin Jesus”. Celebrate lol, con mas tequila or Pacifico cerveza 😅
1300 mile Baja 1000. Crazy!
Enjoyed another video of sailing the Sea of Cortez – I'm a desert dweller so I love the scenery! Glad that Jay's mechanical skills once again payed off, but in the event a fix isn't in the cards, remember, "When something breaks it's a good reason to figure out why you never needed it in the first place." lol Waid
180amp x 12volt = 2160watts. 746 watts = 1hp.
2.89 hp to run that alternator on your engine.
Use a Baja filter when filling any fuel tank. Add a fuel filter to the generator.
Baja! Yes! Great episode guys.
You guys are rocking it!
