Navigand mai spre est de Antibes, am așteptat o fereastră meteo pentru a trece înapoi în Corsica și ne-am găsit în Monaco, cunoscut în întreaga lume drept locul de joacă al celor bogați și faimoși. Ne-am scufundat degetele de la picioare în această țară mică, dar exclusivă și scumpă și am urmărit vremea. În loc de speranța ca nordul să ne împingă în Corsica, prognoza a crescut într-un mistral de mare anvergură, dar portul de agrement nu avea spațiu pentru noi să stăm! A great mix of content. Very enjoyable and informative for anyone going that way. Have you tried a flopper stopper to lessen ' roll' ? If not, what about a bridle from the anchor rode to midships or stern? Or what about a stern anchor in addition to reorientate re the swell?
I watch this from the comfort of our sofa and glimpse the short highs and lows of your life. I am fresh back from two weeks sailing in Thailand which was simply fantastic but it's only a holiday. For you two its life afloat and a far different proposition of reality.

Loved the video Kate and Ian, your videos are always really interesting. I guess I wouldn't have enjoyed the rolling around in the Mistral either. I wondered how hammocks would perform in such conditions, presuming there was enough room. Of course that wouldn't take care of the 'slapping' of which I have some very limited experience.
