Reality will hit when one wants a cup of coffee made on the stove. I suppose the pans are stored in the cellar along side the spare engine starter. So, just skip it and make it in the microwave. Oh, no microwave? Umm.
How safe is all that glass? As an ex-Merchant Mariner, I know the strength and power of a random, big green wave arriving unexpectedly. This is truly a beautiful boat but I would worry about about a big wave hit.

Fantastic accommodations but I think I will keep my oyster 435 cutter ketch DS and upgrade electronics every 5 years. Can do a lot of meat and it’s an upgrade projects for €400,000.
I can't help but think it is not for sailing but for entertaining whilst spending almost all its life in the marina….
Not fixing the pillow really bothered my ocd.

Rudder looks a bit anemic . why not just get a power boat at this point and stop pretending you are a sailor.
Does anyone know the headroom throughout? T mentions having about a foot below deck. I'm 6'6" (just under 2.0 m) and always wonder if I'd go full back bend to fit.
