Sunt multe de iubit la acest explorator de coastă! Mai ales dacă îți plac bărcile care seamănă cu navele robuste offshore, cum ar fi bărcile pilot. Looking to buy, sell or charter a boat? https://linktr.ee/john_johnson
She's a beaut!
Tks Brother.
Wonderful boat. Another Good video mate. 🙂
I would prefer a steel hull over an aluminum one.
Thanks for a tour of an interesting yacht. Nice looking, sounds as if it has good performance. Accommodation quite quirky, with three cramped staterooms plus a decent owner stateroom forward. Might be better off combining the two aft staterooms into one spacious stateroom. The helm is different, with most of the instrumentation off to starboard of the helm. Wish there could be a window/door next to the helm for access to the side deck for shorthanded docking.
For that range in a 49, at 20kn, that's a crazy amount of distance. So if you knock back to 8kn for distance cruising, you'd be pushing what, around 1000+nm on full tanks?
The cabin layout is unique, would probably convert at least one of the unused cabins to a pantry and/or laundry space (probably that double off the day head) for longer term cruising.
Interesting boat,a pilothouse door for captain would be great, especially with the nice wide side decks, and extended aft hardtop instead of canvas ,however it does have a co-pilot seating for help navigating, while most new boats neglect that important feature
I can just see you overlooking the gallery telling your wife to turn the heat down and add more spice. Oh Yeah! Yacht Buoy eating hotdogs off the swim platform.
That is a fast yacht for what it is!!
As Normal Another GREAT VIDEO !! You said 75 letters a Hour for fuel consumption (Right ) at 20 kn. Whats her consumption for fuel qhen she's going 30 kn. ? Keep the video's come love watching you !
Love it I’d have it in a heartbeat. Thanks. Great tour.
I havent seen the interior yet, but I have to say, already this Machine ticks every box, Now lets see what the Top Speed is and if there is an ACM mount. Lmao
One question I have about the New Yachts. Why are the stoves all electric? I hate electric stoves, Grew up with gas, every commercial kitchen has gas, why do all the new boats have these terrible electric stoves? Its not "Greener" takes 10% or more gas to produce the electricity that can create the same thermal reaction as the Gas used by its self as the heat source. THAT MEANS YOU ARE CREATING MORE POLLUTION RUNNING A GAS POWERED GENERATOR, TO PRODUCE ELECTRICITY TO RUN THE STOVE. Also YOU CANT PUT ENOUGH SOLAR PANELS ON A BOAT TO RUN IT, EVER. THE CARBON FOOT PRINT TO CREATE SOLAR PANELS FAR OUTPACES THE CARBOND FOOTPRINT OF GAS, FROM MINING TO MANUFACTURE TO USE… HOW IS THAT GREEN… Come on People. Stop being "Woke" TIME TO WAKE UP. You been dreaming to long, its becoming a nitemare…
I gotta say after seeing the interior, This is the Perfect Yacht except the Stove. Kek
30 knots, not bad, cant we put bigger engines and get 40-45? Gotta be able to outrun the Pirates
Too many spaces under those walkways. Cabins are just too weird. Lack of overhead cabinetry in the galley. Despite all this, still a great tour. Keep up the good work.
What a sweet Boat!!! Jeez if I'd have had the sense to buy a boat like this when I was much younger, I or We might still be living on it today!! I think the layout is a Fantastic use of space, you could run all around the Pacific Northwest of the United States and Canada you could run different routes between Vancouver Island North to Alaska there are hundreds of inlets, Islands and Channels. She'd a perfect boat for that kind of cruising, rugged and reliable! Nice one John!!!
Lovely boat but…where do you store the dinghy? I like the layout and the hull form but I don’t usually associate 20knt cruise with explorer yacht. This looks like a lovely weekender or summer cruiser. Not a live aboard extended cruiser. Still, for that use case I can see where many would like it. Not sure about the dinghy though…
It looks great from the outside, and the salon is nice enough, but the rest of it seems kind of chopped up and weird.
5:28 Do a video on "De Swaen", she's gorgeous.
That "saloon" "salon" is very small for a 49 footer. This seems like a very minimalist cruiser.
This boat is heavily overpowered for the type it is. Main use is probably on inland waterways were the speeds are no way near a cruising at 20 knots.
The stern reminds me of a sailboat. Very nice. I can see it as an ezplorer in either the north sea around the coasts, or Australia and Indonesia, maybe South America. Unfortunately you couldn't venture too far off the beaten path. You could skirt a lot of coast though.
'There are only FOUR lights!'-Captain Jean Luc-Picard "Chain of Command". Little Star Trek geekiness for the day.
Beautiful helium
Its a weekend boat. the only thing I like about it is the helm layout.
In my dreams
Very nice👍👍👍👍
Another great videos thanks John
Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦
Hungry
A really lovely looking craft and layout, certainly would make my wish list. Dimensions and style are just about my ideal size and look I would be searching for and is right up my gangway. I like that I caught your other live stream, some weeks ago and so think this should be continued with. People just need to know when it is going to happen, as a regular spot, or as more one offs and irregular.
Very well presented. Many thanks! 🍷
