Is that a swan?
Great video, a difficult pass. Just worth adding that to see properly you should have the sun high and preferably behind you. Most people out here only attempt a difficult pass an hour and a half either side of noon, and if it clouds over will think again.
Also, most boats don't have 4-5 people on board to help navigate. For a couple, it is usually not practical to hoist someone up the rig, but any added height (climbing up onto boom, or bow rails) helps.
