În acest episod facem noile tranșe pe platformă, astfel încât să ne putem continua navigarea către Portugalia. În timp ce așteptăm ca pânzele noastre să fie gata, facem o vizită la Vigo, cel mai mare oraș al Galiției. Johan termină tranșele pe catarg și când totul este gata navigăm pe 25 nm până în Portugalia și ajungem la Viana do Castelo seara. Viana do Castelo este un orășel pitoresc cu case frumoase și țiglă portugheză. În curând suntem la Lisabona! Suntem un cuplu suedez care și-a dorit un alt tip de viață. Așa că ne-am mutat pe barca noastră cu pânze RAN, un Beason 40 unic construit din aluminiu, și am dezlegat liniile în mijlocul iernii suedeze și am început să navigăm spre sud de-a lungul coastei Europei. Nu există un traseu stabilit și vom merge acolo unde ne duce vântul și mintea. I found your latest episode, watched it, subscribed, then bounced around a bit and decided to start over. Have watched the first 11 now and will continue on. Really enjoying them. It is great to see how each sailing couple is different. You both are very entertaining and I also enjoy seeing how your love for each other is portrayed in the videos. It is subtle but still perceived.

Very impressed at the mast work. It just goes to show that you need a handyman on a long voyage. Not the sort of thing I could do myself.
I know it was an expensive day replacing the boom, but look on the bright side, you can go wing on wing, and there’s more space on the fore deck. It’s just a fact of sailing you always seem to go a few weeks having a great time without any problems, then when you think everything is going well with no issues something breaks, or doesn’t work and either needs repairing or replacing.
Again great video of the repair work and the sailing. ⛵️
