11. It’s hilarious the amount of people thinking you can call 911 when you’re completely out of service. This will only work if there’s another carrier tower in the area. Then it will let you use that tower for 911 even though your carrier doesn’t have service. But if there’s absolutely no towers or service in range. You’re out of luck. Don’t even try to argue this and make yourself look stupid. It’s a FACT.

I'm guessing this has to be filmed on like a go pro he had on him or something and his phone was thrown in the accident? it's just puzzling to have this clear video of it and not have him be able to call out. is it on a cell phone and it's a bad service area, like, how??
