8. The book Adrift is better than the movie. It is the one that I read whenever I miss sailing (which is quite often).

9. The Guardian is somewhat entertaining. A movie about saving people who are at sea. You two,(now three) , are way more entertaining than Hollywood! Safe travels! 😀

15. With All is Lost I really liked how he just got on with it. The rhythm of it is just like what you do when you are alone on board trying to get out of a jam. Do something. Look at it. Assess. Think. Do something else.

20. I'm watching "All is Lost" right now. That single bottom life raft never would have passed inspection. Seeing as how the director is a lifelong sailor in real life, I don't know how he missed that one.

21. HAHHH, I actually got a belly laugh when you said, 2nd unrealistic thing, "They survived The Hurricane" That was so funny, good one! My wife thinks im being mean when i point out all the unrealistic things also in sailing movies. its funny to see im not alone. i wounder if all other movie catagories are like this to people who actually know what their doing.

I believe my family may be your Biggest fans, We all love you guys and really feel aprt of your adventures, thank you for all the great videos that have really become such a part of our sailing history, Weve sailed for the last 30 years and had 4 different boats, Our last boat was the Catalina 36 that i sold to Davy and Erica, Barefoot sail and Dive channel.
