Săptămâna aceasta, pe Sailing Kawai, părăsim uimitoarea Insula Milos, unde petrecusem câteva zile spectaculoase în ape cristaline și ne îndreptăm mai spre nord-est. Prognoza meteo este pentru suduri consistente, așa că ne îndreptăm spre insula grecească Sifnos. Petrecem o noapte în orașul ideal Vathy, unde ne bucurăm de o ancorare grozavă și de niște priveliști frumoase. Continuăm navigarea spre Paros unde plănuim să petrecem câteva zile. Din cauza Sudului, ne hotărâm un ancoraj lângă Naoussa. Navigarea spre Paros este relaxantă cu vânturi între 10 – 25 noduri. Insula este extrem de liniștită și parcă suntem singurii oameni din oraș (noiembrie). Naoussa este un oraș tipic cicladic, cu clădiri albe frumoase, alei pitorești și o atmosferă încântătoare. Odată cu sfârșitul sezonului de navigație, puține magazine sunt deschise. Se știe că Cicladele se închid după septembrie, așa că reușim să obținem o cantitate mare de provizii în afara orașului și să decidem să navigăm spre Mykonos. Despre noi: Numele noastre sunt Jason și Tracey și ne-am schimbat casa, mașinile, afacerile, locul de muncă și securitatea pentru libertate, aventură, călătorii și viață pur și simplu printre natură și mări pe barca noastră cu vele Hanse 445 de 45 de picioare, Kawai. Nu știm exact unde ne vor duce vânturile în această etapă, dar pe parcursul anului viitor sperăm să navigam spre Turcia, Grecia, Muntenegru, Croația. Lui Jase îi place să facă videoclipuri de călătorie și am decis să încărcăm pe YouTube pentru a ne împărtăși aventura. Nice video. Vathy means deep. In the case of coves and anchorages it mostly refers to their horizontal rather than the vertical dimension. Deep inlands not necessarily deep water. It is a pity you did not have the opportunity to explore Sifnos more. It is a relatively undiscovered gem of a small island with beautiful architecture and the best food in the Cyclades.

Still loving your videos. We're letting you show us the way as we follow your footsteps down from Croatia. Can't wait to get to Milos. But it won't be this season. We're hoping to get out to Preveza to dust off our boat hopefully in June……. But the weather looks nice later on, so perhaps we'll stay in Greece through October, before heading back for the UK Autumnal weather.
Wonderful video!! this was a nice distraction from our current situation. We have been stuck in the boatyard during this wild month and are so close to our splash date we are worried the yard wont be back to work to splash us!!! Naousa is one of my must do stop overs but we usually are going the other way from Athens to Rhodes over three week charter, but it is always around June/ July so was interesting to see how the Islands are in the off season.

My favourite part of the world, also originally from Aus. Love sailing. The wife does not, she likes TV so this we will never do. Was in Paros and Antiparos last September, insane wind. Nice boat you have. Hope Covid is not going to spoil the coming sailing season.
