  1. give this 'jiggle' siphon thing a try sometime. we use it for gas transfer, but can just as well use for water as long as gravity is in your favor which it looks like it would have been w the smaller jugs higher than the holding tank. all u do is stick the metal end down into the jug and jiggle it a few times until the siphon takes over… very simple and free (no electricity )

  2. So, she can sing too, and he does dishes. Made for each other. Fair winds and following seas. Oh, and double secure that anchor in case of rough weather. If it breaks loose, it can sink your boat! That happened recently to Bobby White, Sailing Doodles youtuber.

  3. When I was living in a house, I was using 50 gallons a day on average according to my water bill. Now that I'm living on a boat, it takes me 3 weeks to a month to use 80 gallons. Even though I have pressure water, I still use the foot pump 99% of the time.

  4. This is kind of a weird thing to comment about, but! I love the new episode “numbering”. Nice and clean and logical.

Also, just a good job, in general. I really enjoy your channel. It’s nice to watch a smart, driven, beautiful woman with my daughters so they can have strong female role models.

Keep up the good work! And thank you for sharing with us.

  5. бедолаги… физику в школе не учили.. шуруповёрт в той цепи ненужен абсолютно..

  6. So … this does not look like the 'Pirate Ship' (Too few images – but the engine didn't look right) … what yacht are you sailing and … if not hte 'Pirate Ship', what is the status of that one? (I may have missed an episode (?) from S10… Thanks, Happy 2021 & Travel!

  7. Here’s my prep to sail routine: 1. stow everything below that may go flying, 2. Check the engine fluids, 3. Prep all sails for hoisting with 1 reef in the main, 3. Go sail!

  8. Hey MLS,
Nice to see you on the water again and thought you were going to do the unedited normal speed cold start videos on the outboard motor and generator for me remember?

  9. If 8 was you I'd ether soak that copper 90% on the end of your water line in vinegar or something to get that green oxidation off of there that's that's not good for you

  10. Buena opción esa bomba!, en mi país no existen. Me encantan el perro y el loro, unos genios!. Uds. preciosa pareja y tú en especial muy comunicativa. Saludos de Uruguay.🇺🇾🇺🇾🇺🇾

  11. Have you guys thought about purchasing a Rainman Water Maker system, they are very portable and make about 37 gallons of water per hour, because our boat is limited on space, its a 2020 Corsair 880 Sport Trimaran, its 29 feet long, so we researched for the most compact system available and the Rainman came in first. Ours is powered by a little Honda engine that very quite pretty much like our Honda generator. Its so nice to have water available 24/7 especially when sailing to the Bahamas….

  12. Absolutely love your videos and all the sceneries you've produced on your site. Maybe one day I will adventure on a sail boat.

  13. Here is my 10 step program 🙂
    1. Let there be food and snacks! A hungry sailor is not a good thing!
    2. Check weather
    3. Make sure the route is ok for the weather (check for possible backup destinations)
    4. Check that everybody on board is updated with the latest weather and route
    5. Clean up and stove everything above and below deck
    6. Check for water in bilge and check engine
    7. All systems on
    8. Perform mandatory good luck dance and make an offering to poseidon (Every sailor is superstitious)
    9. Cast off 🙂

    10. Have fun!

  14. Miss Lone Star as you know the earth has an axial tilt so the water was lower as it was tilted the wrong way and the water had run to the lower part of the earth as water does.!! That is why there was not enough water for you and the charts were wrong and you grounded not your fault at all! 🙂
