These women are brave. Going in the Ocean with dangerous strangers. WOW
I am highly suspect of these folks allowing a journalist/reporter in to they’re very lucrative and secret world
If she can find these people so can the FBI 🤔
I lost my ex husband/kids' dad to fentanyl July 31 of this year (2022). I HATE DRUGS!!!!! HATE HATE HATE them!
There are people working to reduce the global human population for their own personal gains, what a time to be alive.
If USA hadn't started the war on drugs to keep their buddies happy, this sort of stuff wouldn't happen. Legalize all drugs and then the unknown ingredient is eliminated from the product and the drug stores can be legal tax paying businesses keeping everything out of the cartel's hands. But, after watching this, I'd prefer seeing the hardworking individuals making the profits than the massive pharmaceutical companies, which is what would happen.
Crazy why they would even make the stuff that kills alot and They LOSE pretty soon they will not be able to make money. It's to deadly. They should stop/end all sales go back to Their Tar. Just saying
Paramedic driver said it right it's like playing russian roulette
Many Costa Rican fishermen have been arrested for transporting drugs to the beaches. The seizures happened on the pacific and Atlantic coast.
According to an ez youtube search. This "National Crisis" only made the news 2 years ago and 8-9 months ago. Where many profit of the horror copying each other for its short lived attention. So considering it's only gotten worse. I would predict it to hit the news again, when? When the elections begin. Don't need A.I. to figure the pattern out.
China
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎁
Something about what he said
"That's why the demand is high because it's killing people " made me think the goverment might me part of it idk why
You begin with first responders at ODs, then straight to Mexican/Chinese supply. This is not where the story starts. It starts with US demand, which you cover briefly in 20:07.
This is cool, but how could this not be reenactment?
Me me he fumado casi 20 O 30 postilla y no he muerto porque yo no me lo inyectó y le tanteo 0:'
Made in China! 🇨🇳 😁
Hmm. It’s a shame she didnt make it to the real source: China….
A man's got to know his limitations!! Nuff said!
I don't mess with it anymore. All my connects O.D.ed. Now I'm drinking milk… It does a body good!! Got Milk?
What specifically does "fifty times stronger than heroin" mean?
If this is killing you,why people are doing it. I don’t understand it.
Why doesn't government do more? Oh yes population control. I lost a cousin to heroin, before fentanyl, this is awful. How are people who are addicted have surgery able to be put to sleep.
I don't get how she gets away with recording this and not being forced to help the government catch these peoplelike I was watching the one where it was called traffic and they were trafficking fishI've also watched rugging where they make shake and bake meth and I literally know somebody that learned how to make shake and bake meth from drugs Inc and now they're mentally messed up
A guy with a Colombian accent in Mexico working for the Sinaloa cartel
3 grand for transporting that?!
Hey Journalist, you now have blood on your hands.
Trump was the best thing that has happened to our country in decades, and he got ran out of office. WE HAVE TO VOTE HIM BACK IN TO SHUT THESE MEXICANS DOWN.
Sad thing as a paramedic I love it. Short term pain management. Like anything that started off for good people ruin it.
Wow they don't pay them enough to cross that. Now they gotta re train dogs
Super serious documentary about fentanyl / funny Mexican Corrido music
And people were wondering who the people in Mexico were that trump was referring to that are bringing drugs, crime, and violence lmaooo shows you how Americans literally know trump was talking about cartels , but they hated him so much that they just "PSHHJJT, WHAT PEOPLE? YOU'RE A RACIST!" God i really really really question the IQ of Americans smh lol cringe cringe cringe
Just say no to drugs. Get a life! 🙂
It's not Mexican cartels here on west coast. It's China. It's linked. Come to Seattle 3rd ave aka skid row 2. Catch our light rail. Drugs and crime are legal here and we have no police. It's lawless. Our high school kids don't have school busses they're at the city bus and the train and this is all they see. so can you imagine what their lives are like everyday when this is all they see.
As if the gov isn’t already aware of this 🥴
Can’t wait for Mariana to report on the world’s largest scale drug trials in history. Oh wait. Her job is to keep us all distracted by the war on drugs 🤔
Joe Rogan brought me here
If ever there was a reason for the US to Military intervene it's with the Cartels. Their threat is just growing and killing Americans.
Look, don't hate the player, hate the game I say. Unless the players are crooked…
Mariana has been capturing the most incredible stories since her very first documentary with Vanguard. What a treasure she is, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR COURAGE AND COMMITMENT Mariana.
Side note: Mustard + Fabric Softener + Coffee ? I don't believe that fooled the dogs (apparently dogs smell similarly to the way humans see – so a mix of ingredients is not confusing to their brain).. I think cartel $$ simply bought the cooperation of agents on the border (as Mariana suggests).
I stumbled on this after listening to Mariana's interview on the JRE. My law enforcement career began in 1990, when Crack was the worst thing out there. In retrospect, it was child's play. In the early 2000's, Pain Clinics started popping up all over Ohio's strip malls and everyone thought it had to be OK because a Doctor was prescribing it. I became an Undercover Narcotics Investigator during this time, and the DEA was teaching that if someone actually had real, physical pain, they could not become addicted to pain medication. Yes, they actually taught that! Pain pills suddenly outranked Crack, Marijuana, MDMA, Heroin, etc. in my Community. Around 2010-2011, they started cracking down on the Pill Mills, and the DEA said oh yeah, you are about to have a heroin epidemic now that the prescribed opiates are drying up & that was true. People were dropping dead in public bathrooms, McDonald's, picking up their kids from school, etc. The fentanyl I saw was three people who had gotten the patches from a Cancer patient, chewed them up or boiled it out of the patch, felt a burning sensation and laid in the parking lot of an apartment complex in -10 degree February weather. They were blue when we arrived and actually survived, but I still see it in my mind. The last arrest I made was a guy on a warrant who had a pocket full of heroin and an uncapped needle that I just managed NOT to get stabbed with. Thankfully, I retired just as fentanyl started hitting the streets and unbelievable as it is when one person OD"s, the junkies rush to that dealer because they know his dope is strong.
That EMT chief's analogy was pretty lowsy. "It's like play Russian roulette with a fully loaded gun….. would you take that if you had 90% chance to die?"
Alright so is it 100 or 90?
In all seriousness, i was addicted to the stuff for a long while. I'm 2.5 years sober now, but the time i was on it, and i couldn't get any, was the absolute worst.
It’s nice to know the cartels are very comfortable killing as many people as possible with their poison as long as they get their money.
