1. It is a beautiful boat. But… How well does it sail? What is the hull speed in optimum conditions? What is the average hull speed over the course of six months cruising the oceans? What is the cruising range under power? And something that always puzzles me, is crew comfort. Those are the people running the boat. So, in stormy weather, 20 foot waves, 30kt winds plus rain, the crew has to go out on an uncovered deck, open a hatch and climb down a ladder, then rest and recover in the forward, crashing into the waves portion, of the starboard hull, then for the next watch, get up walk the deck then go back to work. Just doesn't seem like a good way to treat the people responsible for keeping the owner alive. Where is the Captain's cabin? Why is there a large sofa in the owner's cabin? Why would anyone ever use that when there are so many better places to lounge upstairs? And isn't a king sized bed a suitable place to lounge? This boat is certainly large enough for 'round the world travel, but could you keep a crew on board long enough to accomplish that? I don't know, but I would love to hear from sailors who have crewed and captained boats this size on extended voyages.

  2. This could have been a 90 minute tour and I still would have wanted more. This is the one reason I work my ass off and buy the occasional lottery ticket…

  3. real estate is sacred for me on any yacht. my flybridge would have to be totally bare, just acres of teak decking – the helm station would be the only feature. temporary features would be one or two patio tables and chairs.

  4. Lagoons usually bore me, with hammy design, but this is something else. you could have commented on the decking…the narrow planks and light wood look amazing. if the owner is going to let you do a review, they might as well allow you to see the crew quarter – it takes less than half an hour to put away anything awkward. there were also quite a few angles missing in the bedrooms shown.

  5. technical questions : How to reef main ? Protection from lightning strikes ? Ease of service or replacement of fridge, freezer, TV, Washer, Dryer and dishwasher ? Minimum crew size ?

  6. I’ve been looking into acquiring a 77 or a Sixty 7 for a while now, they seem to be the next step up for us and perhaps be great for full time living. However we also like to keep our crew minimal to max 2 people, if any at all, as we do enjoy a close knit ‘yacht family’ and we’re looking for a sailing cat we can rig up for diving. It seems like the higher crew need and also the lack of configurable options to outfit it more for scuba activities may be an issue for us.

  7. Looks roomy.. I live in Mexico and it looks like I could ship tons of my product on it.. I think I will buy 2.. My company is called Escobar Delivery's

  8. Pffft coffee station is a let down, they could have put in a decent machine and grinder on that boat

  9. The bulkhead issues and the appalling way Lagoon have been treating customers over this issues have put me off all Lagoon yachts and those of the parent company Beneteau as well.

  10. What mixed messages! Carbon fiber boom but teak everywhere and a giant heavy high windage flybridge. To quote a yacht designer, Ted Brewer, you can't put a camper on the back of a Porsche and have a live-aboard sports car. I've seen other videos by this salesman. His message is always the opposite of Ted's – he claims you can have a liveaboard sports car, basically. The finish and decor design of this boat is just beautiful, however. It's very elegant.

  11. Unfortunately all the seating areas look uncomfortable. I find that a recliner style seating is all I can find to be comfortable, not as elegant but very comfortable. Looks nice. Would hydrofoils help a boat like this. 🤔

  12. Hi I’d love to hear your comments
So if id like to go into storms and sail long passages how is the cockpit protected from wind rain and the cold if its all open ?
