20. For mold prevention,concrobium,,Home Depot. Spray it,let it dry ,done.

21. Run the a/c more and make sure its getting into that spot where the mold is growing.

30. an ozone generator will kill the mold and odors even in nitches. 10+yrs on my boat , no mold in florida swamps.
