Not sure I could solo sail to Hawaii. I could but think I would go more crazy. My wife loves to sail and thankfully we get along and would not get tired of each other. Great Job on your accomplishment it was no small feat.

How did Hawaiian harbormasters treat you in Hawaii?
In the 1970's a pal of mine bought a 26 ft Thunderbird sailboat and sailed it to Hawaii. During a storm and running bare poles and a storm anchor out the back he said he pitch poled 3 times in one night. He went on to sail all over the Pacific Ocean
