Landing on your hands will get your wrists broken and it is extremely painful. Try to fall and do a body roll on the way down. Cement is hard and if you land on your hands wrong you will break a wrist or maybe even both. Not a good feeling at all

15. If you do cut that opening bigger all you have to do is add 4 more layers of Fiberglass to strengthen it. 8 inch strips on each side would do the job.
