La începutul anului 2022, Bering a achiziționat o frumoasă barcă cu vele și motor. Un client l-a adus ca schimb și nu ne-am putut abține să-l luăm. Deținerea unei ambarcațiuni non-Bering ne-a dat o idee despre o călătorie unul lângă altul cu acest Papillon de 18 picioare și un B70 LEVANNA. Echipa Bering a vrut să învețe din experiență diferențele dintre călătoria cu barca sub pânză și a fi la bordul a ceea ce considerăm un superyacht de sub 24 de metri. Două echipe, Alexey & Olga și Kristina & Elena s-au jucat cu capul și coada pentru a defini cine vor fi norocoșii pasagerii cu motorsailer și a căror casă în următoarele trei zile va fi un iaht Bering nou construit. Pentru a avansa rapid, ambele echipe au avut experiențe diferite, dar în general, o călătorie grozavă. HaHa, not truly a comparison of comparable boats….but glad you all spoke well of Papliion because I am sure the former owner, who traded up to a Bering, has many many wonderful memories of her 🙂 🙂

Awesome trip with the Bering 70…. luv the blue cave… so beautiful. Personally when making long trips I would prefer the B70 over the motor sail…hahaha… Can't wait to see the newest B70 where you once said it will be much wider and longer than the current B70…

Beautiful trip. I have been in love with Bering since I firsrt saw one 2 years ago. The quality and craftsmanship is the best I have seen. I will take one over ANY yacht, hands down !

The tender Mysucat is great. Have you considered Diesel outboard motors from Swedish company OXE? Better fuel economy and you can refuel from your yacht's diesel tanks. No need for separate fuel tanks for gasoline.

It’s not a motor sailor, it’s a yacht, why on earth did you not use the sails, that would eliminate the noise and make the ride more comfortable, hope your not trying to sell that trade in 😂😂

The Bering boat from a spaciousness and comfort is outstanding. However, comparing a smaller monohull sailboat to the Bering is like comparing apples and oranges, both in size and cost to operate. A Privege 650 or 740 would be a better boat to compare spaciousness and comfort. If operating cost is not considered, I would choose the Bering, either in coastal cruising or ocean crossing. Considering operating costs, I would choose the Privilege for ocean crossings and long passages. (As an aside, the Bering 65 is my favorite boat of all boats in which to cruise, either in coastal waters or on long passages, easily handled by one or two people, with an unprecedented degree of safety.)
I love your boats Alexi. I fell in love with them with the first NautiStyle tour. The design, inside and out, is so beautiful. I think if I had the money I'd get the best of both worlds. A Bering in the 70'+ range and have a small daysailer like the old Lido 14 for use when anchored, plus a motor tender. I learned to sail on the Lido 14 in Newport Beach, CA back in the 1970s.
Greetings from Vancouver, Canada – Alexei is getting some much deserved attention with his 70, 72, 75, 77 etc and lately his 92 custom. Lots of YouTube exposure and thankfully, finally a yacht builder who knows what he is doing, and his showings have driven views on YT channels like "NautiStyles". Good quality product, and beautiful and tastefully refined and totally liveable and seaworthy, thanks to the reliable steel hulls and diesel engines. Can't say enough good about these guys. Their location in South Turkey is idyllic, esp. for deliveries to the Med. Keeping our eyes on this rising star builder!
