Carnival cancelled my 9/29 paradise cruise and refused to refund all my money. I did not cruise and I am out $247 Ruined my big 60 birthday and cost me a lot!

Hey Doug, I have 2 questions for you. Why is it Carnival is the only line that sails out of Jacksonville and does Carnival have any plans to replace Ecstasy?
Mornin' Doug! Not sure what I think about those huge RCCL ships. I'm kind of hoping the "big three" lines will bring on some new smaller ships – maybe 2500 passengers – that can visit the more out-of-the-way ports without forcing me to mortgage my grandchildren to sail on them.
