  1. Use Ultra Bright toothpaste for the plastic windows. One dollar at Walmart, polishes very nice! Added benefit-Matt's breath won't smell nearly as bad.

  2. Ya'll have done a great job on the boat, the documentation, and hanging in there throughout the process. She looks great. You should be proud. Money isn't anyone else's business – but I appreciate what it took to share that information. Kudo's. Keep up the channel, you are doing fantastic.

  3. Wow, amazing finish!! Your labor was BIG Bucks!! Vinegar possibly for the dodger? Just a thought. Your boat looks unbelievable. Really excited to see you sail away and see where you go. Subscribed for your journey.

  4. Guys, I believe in one of your early videos you said that a boat your size would cost at least a hundred grand, so even the five grand you paid and all the materials you used would still be under about thirty grand, but the most valuable thing you invested was ten months of your labor, which was priceless. I think that alone would take you over the cost of new, but I hope you made at least some of that with your YouTube channel and Patreon. We devoted fans all look forward to you guys getting back to your sailing adventures.

  5. I love watching your videos. You two are great. You might try peroxide solution sprayed on. Works GREAT of fabrics like chairs, couches, carpets, etc. might work and it’s cheap. You can buy it on Amazon in a concentrate and mix in spray bottles with water. Would be great on your cushions when you need it. It’s magic.

  6. Hey guys, I’ve watched from the beginning and I think you have done a great job. Doesn’t look like the same boat. And cost wise for were you are buying you did real good. I would also say that it would be hard to fine a boat as nice as this one is now for what you have in yours. Now go enjoy it and build some new memories. Your a great couple.🎃

  7. $10k,, you got off cheap…
Product and hardware, ( physical shit), @ $15k
    Yeah JUST DO IT.
    BUY A NEW DODGER!!
    Now,,,
The big thing,,,, the air b&b.
Noticed you left that 10k off!

  8. Cheers! If you want to rescue your Perspex window, there are products for removing haze from convertible car hoods. If you want to try a cheapie method, use toothpaste. It works to remove haze from car headlamps which are also made of plastic – nothing to lose.

  9. Matt, what size wheel you need? Size/pitch/shaft. I got a good second hand marine connection up my way, might be able to get you what you need for next to nothing. Msg with specs.

  10. I was quite sceptical about that project, but you did an awesome job.
Everything visible is new, paint, wood, cabinet, floor, etc.
What would you do differently if you were to start over?
Would you go to the US  to get better prices, to get more stuff availabilities?

  11. Watch the boat detailer he'll show you how to clean that stuff up you waste a lot of products you don't need to do that too much money

  12. You both did a Great Job. Hats off to you! No Stitches so it's a win. Yea get a new Dodger clear panel. You deserve it.
I wondered about a polish with a buffing wheel.
I do appreciate the detailed cost analysis. Great Job. It did take a while though. Enjoy!

  13. cleaning solution
    you got this
    take 2 pods for the
    dish washer put em
in a spray bottle and add warm leaning towards hot water.
    not too much goldilocks!
    about 12 bottle
    shake well and spray
    give it a second to
    break it down .
wipe off with paper towels .now do it again
    it should start to lift
    off …when all traces of
    water deposit are gone
    maintain it .
no more chemicals on plastic as it will dry it out
    and the plastic will crack
not bringing up the chemical composition …
    it'll work great for penny's. ⛵
    boat is really looking
    good …be proud 💃

  14. What a great job you guys have done. You should be very proud what you have accomplished. The boat looks amazing and for that price… wonderful !!! If you had others do the work you have done you could easily double that price. You deserve a great boat and that's exactly what you have. Love you two. See you on your next video and thanks for all your hard work and dedication you put into these videos. There friggin GREAT 😃
