Great boat, thanks for the great job as usual.
It's about the size of four double-decker buses and about as pretty, maybe a bit less so.
Too high up for the heavy seas
Personally I love the decor
Another great passage making boat….and another excellent video from Yacht Buoy 🙂
I have a question regarding fuel burn on these long range explorer yachts.
If you were to own one of these you could make those super long voyages but the majority of voyages would be much shorter.
Using this yacht as an example, it has a range in excess of 4000nm at it's cruising speed of 8.5 kts and has total fuel capacity of 17,725 litres.
So my question is, how much fuel would it burn per hour at 8.5kts in same conditions when holding 5K litres of fuel vs when tanks full at 17.725K litres?
I am asking because I have watched some video's where I see the boat filled to capacity to avoid making top's along the way, at places they had planned to stop at, to avoid higher fuel prices.
My thinking is that it will end up more expensive because of the higher fuel burn at full fuel capacity.
I have no experience in long range power voyages so would love to hear if I am on the money 🙂 🙂
pourquoi l'intérieur de ces trawler est toujours aussi kitch ? n'y aurait-il que des clients américains pour ce type de bateau ?
God awfull mix of styles and colour on the interior. Good bones though. 600hp is wasted, would probably cruise ok with less than 200hp.
Merci pour cette belle présentation, pour moi un peu trop rapide surtout sur la salle des machines.
Mais si j'avais l'argent pour acheter un super trawler, je choisirais sans doute celui ci
She could use a refit but check out the new 57 they just completed a year or so ago it shows how nice there interiors can be. They are definitely well made and should be taken more seriously as a ocean going vessel
Beautiful boat, love it. Yes I would travel the world on this awesome machine. Thanks for sharing 🌊🌊🌊
I'd give the interior a c+ at best.
It looks like a ship not a yacht…..solid, but not very homely. The interior which as you say is customisable looked very strange, like an 1800's American colonial house….even the pilot house didn't look easy on the eye. But the price is staggeringly low….It is quite an odd vessel…the outside looked better than the inside somehow. Also the engine instruments were in the engine room? If they aren't duplicated in the pilot house then that is very odd.
Beautiful boat! Love that look. I guess it would be considered an explorer style with the bridge design. The range of the boats is amazing the trade-off is usually speed. I can only dream.
Would like to see all the models of trawlers that you have! The first one you is a beauty, but would like to see the others if you could show them! Thank you for showing that one, I'm sure they are all of top notch trawlers! Thanks again!
1.5 million euros = $1,501,987.13 USD. Exceptional buy for a yacht of this caliber.
🏴☠
Wow ,that's very nice.
2.3 billion powerball, gonna need a bigger boat!
I'm sorry how much? is that right at 1.4 million euro? if it is… thats a deal to me, I was seeing center council yachts around the 40' range for 1.4 million. you get WAY more out of this than a center council. this would be a happy life for me to explore the oceans. all I get to explore is the great lakes that surround my state.
Grp and heavy battering seas which contain foreign body hitting your Hull. Sorry but steel us best
Zero speed stabilisers?
Only the one engine, I would be a lot happier if there was a wing engine
i am not overly fond of the dark woodwork and the single small engine. for an explorer yacht it would take you forever to get where your going. Its just too slow.
Thanks from İstanbul
Beautiful
I don’t have a boat of any kind, but I do like looking at the explorer trawlers. They may not be like the larger luxury motor yachts, but they are like Ninjas of the seas, they may look ordinary, but once you look inside, it is a completely different experience.
One question; does this vessel have a water osmosis machine to convert sea water into drinking water and water to wash clothes?
Wouldn't be the single engine an issue for you on long distance routes?
GRP ??
All the comments about a single engine yet NM uses the same alternate system with their generator as every ocean going vessel.
Honestly, I couldn't get behind long range exploring with just one engine.
