––––––––––––––––– ––––– 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹! • 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗼𝗻 – https://www.patreon.com/peterlawless • 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 – @Peterlawless –––––––––- ––––––––––– 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲! • 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸-https://www.facebook.com/peterlawlesscircumnAvigare ––––––––––––––––– –- ╔═╦╗╔╦╗╔═╦═╦╦╦╦╗╔═╗ ║╚╣║║║╚╣╚╣║╚╣╚╣╔╚╣╣╣╔╕╕╣╣╔╔╕╣╣╔╕ ╗║╚╣║║║║║═╣ ╚═╩══╩═╩═╩═╩╝╚╩═╩═╝

  1. I sometimes hear the fiddles play, maybe it's just a notion
I dream I see white horses dance upon that other ocean
It's a long way from Clare to here
It's a long way from Clare to here
    It's a long, long way
It get's further by the day
It's a long, long way from Clare to here………

  2. Another wonderful video, Peter. I enjoyed it all. I hope you will take the time for exploring and to share the places you find yourself in. I will probably never physically find myself in any of the places that you and Waxwing visit, but, through your shares i am there. So, thank you, Peter. Safe travels

  3. Thanks for taking the time to make a video for us. You seem to having the time of your life. That's nice to see someone enjoying the benefits having worked hard to live their dream.

  4. Just wondering, as you are at anchor in La Gomera for just over two weeks now, how do you manage to empty your Waste/ Holding Tank.

It must be getting pretty full by now and a bit smelly at least in the heat, just like all holding tanks.

You cannot Dump the Tanks within 3 nm of land, (Spain officially says within their Territorial Waters ..12 nm), but you probably know that anyway.

How do you clean and flush the Tank and how often does this need to be done ?

  5. Nice content on this one Peter, easy laid back attitude comes across in the commentary. Good luck with your preparations for the passage to Cape Verde. Thanks for sharing your adventures .😎

  6. Its over 27 years since i was last anchored in San Sebastion, and the town looks just as quite, and i am happy to see that. I did not get to see the interior, so, thanks for sharing the views.

  7. That was a lovely video. Just love your apreciation of the world you are in and the people you share it with. Your calm soothing delivery with that beautiful accent is very alluring to.

  8. Thank you Peter, I'm a Canary islander. At the moment moored in Gran Tarajal, waiting for a bit of room in Gran Canaria, the ARC has taken all available places over there. Thanks for all the praise you have given our little but impressive Islands. Glad you enjoyed our ocean world. Best wishes from here

  9. Beautiful island Peter. I'm glad you got your engine working on your dingy. I forgot that you and Curtis were both motorcycle fanatics. I remember Curtis telling me about you guys both being on a scooter together. Enjoying watching your journey

  10. What a beautiful placewhich without you & Waxwing we would never hear of. Love your laidback presentation style. Meanwhile Pat is lining up for arrival in Capetown…ye are a hardy bunch.

  11. Beautiful place Peter I have a little 2 HP Seagull outboard at home if I thought before you left Ireland you could have borrowed it as an Auxiliary ⛵⛵

  12. Oh my god Peter the best video of the best life 😍 I absolutely loved it thanks for that I feel I've been on a mini break 😀 🤣🏊🏼‍♀️🌊💫 keep on keeping on my friend 🤍🤍

  13. Found your channel thru following Pat in the ggr. Great to see you doing well and enjoying the outdoors. Haven't seen you since the days of Buddy's bar in Limerick. Paddy Mac.

  14. Only an Irishman would consider the possibility of fairies in Gomera! Watching for the second time. Very sorry that your brother Peter has come unstuck with a bearing in his Aries wind vane rudder and will possibly pull out of GGR. He’s devastated, poor soul. Note to Hugh, pack plenty of spare ball bearings when I get an Aries!

  15. Hey Peter. Really enjoyed this video as I do with all of yours. The land excursion was an exciting change. Thank you. Batting down the hatches for the next hurricane in a few hours. All good though. Enjoy your week.

  16. Peter thank you for lovely virtual visit to Church of the Assumption in SanSebastian. My full name in my birth cert includes Assumpta because I was born near that feast in 15 Aug 1954 praying for you too as you take us virtually with you on your journey it’s like a Camino by sea Blessings
