Sailing like most sports, you control what can and react to everything else. As touched on by this video, dealing with a change of start time, can be very disturbing to a performance the build of adrenaline due to anticipation, then have to reset, rest but stay focused, not just for Pip but for the shore team too.
A very interesting insight into how the team have to react around the delayed start for Pip and the boat. Good luck.
