16. I would have tested it direct form a battery so you know you are getting power to the pump, then if it fails you know its the pump.

17. Sand fly “bites”…….try applying Tea Tree Oil. It works on mosquito bites too. Relieves the itching, has antiseptic qualities and reduces swelling.

20. I had the same pump in our tender that did the same thing, that rattle when you shook the float has me thinking they used crappy glue to hold the magnet in place inside the float. Maybe your spares got hot and the glue let go aswell

23. Add an Ultra float switch they have no moving parts and work well.

24. Would like to know the final conclusion on the bilge pump issue. Seems unlikely that new spares would fail unless perhaps micro corrosion in the electronics. Its such a simple device.

31. Seems like your secondary wiring for the auto side of things to be working. Also the easiest way to test it, just to see if it will kick on is just turn the pump upside down. Good luck 👍

32. That pump has to operate by a magnet inside the float on the pc board there should be a tube like devie 1/2 inch long place a magnet near it pump should come on. the rattle is a broken magnet inside should be glued to top inside of float or top side wall
