Just spent a week in Belize by San Pedro. Spent some time sailing on a Lagoon 38.
The dolphins love to run the tuna in the sea of Cortez. Headed to Cabo in March for a week as well.

As a thirty plus year stink potter and scuba diver I can't tell you the number of "painters" I have cut from props of sailboats. Saved one from going on the rocks as they were coming into a dock. I could never understand with all that fancy gear and nautical bluster no one has floating "rope". Don't be butt hurt just zip up your Gore Tex a little more. Okay a little shot in the ongoing sail boater versus power boater saga. Another great video!!

I experienced the 1000 plus dolphin pod fishing off the West coast of Costa Rica. We were really far from shore. I'd say we motored for two hours off shore before we started fishing. We caught a lot of sailfish which we obviously threw back, Dorado that we kept just enough for dinner for ourselves, the crew and their families, and a black marlin which we lost after two hours. This was not a sailing trip, we entered via airport. I'll never understand why anyone from the U.S. would go to Hawaii when they can go to Costa Rica and see amazing wildlife and it's less expensive to get there.
