@Donsfamilyvacations @theubercruisers5199 #bestcruisesailaway #cruisetravel #sydney

  1. Hey, we don't think it tops New Orleans! we enjoy Tampa, Jacksonville, Mobile, etc. Never been further north than Charleston on the east coast and have been to Galveston. You showed us a unique sail away and we appreciate you sharing.

  2. Stockholm was gorgeous, Sydney, especially at night, is also amazing. No need to fight. Haha Just stand on the deck or your balcony and enjoy. You are about to go to the New Zealand Fjords, and although not a sailaway, equally beautiful. Enjoy!

  3. Any sail away the includes sailing under a bridge is amazing. I would say my most dramatic was Vancouver, at night, going under the bridge. And sailing into San Francisco, at 4 am, in the dark, and dense fog going under the Golden Gate Bridge was even better.

  4. I don't know, Tony…sailing out of Fort Lauderdale is pretty darn impressive. For those 8 minutes I am in awe sarcasm . Sydney looks absolutely awesome!!!

  5. That was beautiful and I'd like to do it sometime. For us, the most beautiful sail-away was at night from Valletta, Malta. Some local celebration was going on and we sailed away to a fireworks show.

  6. Get out of that car!!! They are driving on the wrong side of the road! LOL. Sydney is absolutely beautiful! I need to add this to my bucket list.

  7. Our Australia cruise is definitely in my top ten list of places not to miss!! Loved it so much we're going back next year despite the distance to get there

  8. Oh yes, I can’t decide between Sydney Harbour and Venice as to my fave, both of them are so spectacular!
I love Sydney so much (don’t tell anyone as I’m from Melbourne, we’re rival cities 😂). I’d live there in a heartbeat if it wasn’t for family and friends here. Enjoy your cruise!

  9. There is no such thing as "sailing " unless you are on a sailboat with sails .
Why do people not understand this ?
You are on a motorboat. That's it.
Sailing requires more skill. Makes me angry.

  10. See that Navy base you sailed past, that's my office, I've sailed in and out of Sydney Harbour hundreds of times in 35 years. I agree. it's stunning.

  11. You did a great job on the sail away edit. Looks very impressive. I’m from Sydney myself so obviously I recommend you all visit. Other comparable scenically stunning cities I’ve visited include San Francisco and Cape Town.

  12. Sailing away from Sydney Australia is definitely the best. Sailing from the Circular Quay Cruise Terminal is even better. It’s amazing if you have your balcony facing the Opera House. You can sit and chill as you watch the Ferries pass by. The day you arrive back in Sydney you can then watch the sun rise and the city come to life.

  13. I have not sailed out of Sydney yet, but Vancouver was pretty awesome, Tampa is neat to go under Sunshine Skyway Bridge, and Miami is cool with south beach just to the north. Least impressive is Cape Canaveral. Cool to see the Space X boats etc. But not much else to see on the way out.
