It's been an age since I played the TT game but if I'm remembering it right the Aeldari ships have holofields rather than force fields meaning that they dodge shots (well they are harder to hit) instead of absorbing them. This means that they are weak vs macro cannons (lots of shots mean a few still hit) but annoyingly hard to kill with lances.

Man that was tough the space battle was crazy. Is there any rewards or looting from space battles ?
Not sure if this has been noted before, but during the Aeldari fight, your "Master of Etherics" is Idira, who died earlier in the game, right?
